Conditions. Dolomite June: 10–22 °C, dry most years, afternoon thunderstorm risk at altitude.

Lube plan

If you wax — ZFC-recommended path. Rocky Dolomite singletrack is harder on drivetrains than it looks. Pre-event top-tier wax covers 120 km in dry June conditions; carry Synergetic for an afternoon thunderstorm on a summit.

If you're on oil — pragmatic equivalent. Standard pre-event application covers 120 km. Carry a small bottle as insurance for post-summit rain on descents.
